Late-breaking clinical trial submissions have closed.
The American Heart Association recognizes that the most exciting research is rapidly evolving and is not available for general submission.
To highlight timely, significant and novel work at Scientific Sessions, the Committee on Scientific Sessions Program has developed a series of late-breaking sessions that allow later submission and more rapid presentation.
Late-Breaking Clinical Trials: 2010 Guidelines
Late-Breaking Basic Science Abstracts
Submission Period: Aug. 9-30, 2010
NOTICE:
We have just completed in-depth discussions with the ACCME, and ACCME has agreed that AHA's extensive internal controls and peer review assure independence from industry and are appropriate for CME accreditation for a scientific meeting.
Thus, there will be no variance from past Scientific Sessions/ReSS and CME will be available for all presentations within the scientific program.
| For those submissions that were affected by the previous rules, we will open abstract submissions from July 1 to Aug. 2. (This call for abstracts is not intended as a resubmission/update opportunity for those abstracts already submitted by the June 7th deadline nor a new submission period for those who were elegible during that period.) |
Submission Period: July 1 - Aug. 2, 2010
